It’s like a home away from home - a bit like dropping off your child to their grandparent’s home. The teachers are simply extraordinary. The environment is second-to-none - it feels warm and inviting the moment you walk in the door.

My oldest son went to Crèche for two years. He has a speech delay and the teachers were amazing, spending time with him and helping build his words as well as working alongside his speech therapist. He loved coming to Crèche - it is such a warm, safe place for the little kids. My youngest son has just started and is loving it so far. The teachers are always so welcoming. Both my boys have food allergies and I have always felt that they are in safe hands. Crèche has always had great communication about special activities or events to make sure they don’t miss out.

The Devonport Community Crèche has been the best introduction to education that a parent could hope for. From the very beginning the teachers make you and your child feel like part of the Crèche family, and my son can’t wait to get to Crèche each day to discover what fun learning adventure they’ll be doing.

The teachers at Crèche are what makes this such a special place. They are fun, caring and attentive and treat Clara with such patience and kindness; I always feel completely at ease leaving her in their care and she just loves going there. It’s a true community for both the kids and the parents.

Every time I drop off my toddler and arrive with my newborn baby in tow, I am always made to feel very comfortable at Crèche and never rushed away. The teachers are amazing. I have great peace of mind that my child won’t be left in distress with the communicative and flexible settling in period for the under 2’s.

All three of my boys adored their time at Crèche. We cannot recommend it highly enough. It truly is the heart of the Devonport Community. Not only did my children make great friends during their time there, but we did too.
